“Is it better than the first one?”

Remounting something so successful must be approached with some degree of peril. With the Farrelly Brothers attacking DD2 like lunatic surgeons, Jim and I figured we had a choice: we could either hold back and simply replicate what was, or we could take the Farrelly Brothers lead and jump off the cliff in the hopes the flapping of our four arms would keep us from doing a Wiley Coyote face first into the canyon floor. I’d like to think we landed on our feet.

But mostly, there’s this: After nine weeks of wild abandon, blind fearlessness, and a collective search for what’s truly funny, I find myself with an even greater appreciation for Jim Carrey’s comedic genius. You may have heard that comedy is hard. Originality is harder. I consider myself lucky to have had the opportunity to marry what I can do with Jim’s unique, one-of-a-kind gift.

Regardless of what I think, the answer to that question will be up to others. All I know is Lloyd and Harry are alive and well and still that stupid.
