Jeff Daniels on channeling President Reagan in ‘The Brink of War’

Jeff Daniels joins TODAY to discuss his role in the new historical drama “The Brink of War” where he plays President Ronald Reagan as he attempts to salvage a deal with Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev that could lead to nuclear disarmament or spark disaster. “I had no idea the precipice of danger that the world faced and that these two guys got together to try to fix it,” he says. Then, he and Savannah Guthrie enjoy his viral pit, peanut butter, potato chips and barbecue sauce sandwich.
